Saturday, November 5, 2016 - Allow 20 minutes in bottle, 15 in glass for the wine to unravel and relax. Very balanced betwixt fruit and mineral earth. Was super simpatico with a PA blue cheese and with a Tome cheese the relationship was slightly contrasting.
