Saturday, November 19, 2016 - An absolutely terrific, delightful and inexpensive rosè enjoyed recently with escargot and tuna tartar at Bacchus on St. Maarten. A great QPR wine. Light, clean, crisp, clear, refreshing, light salmon color, well balanced acidity, very dry, slightly floral nose with an herbal hint and notes of tropical fruit, strawberry and citrus with an interesting and beautiful leaner more saline finish. One could very easily and effortlessly drink very large quantities. It is a flexible enough wine to pair well with lots of things including Asian food given the present acidity. Highly recommend this rosè.
