Wednesday, November 30, 2016 - We decanted this an hour before dinner. This is dark , dense, and exquisitely balanced. The dark berry fruit is full but not overly ripe. There is some tart berry, cedar, and a great sooty flavor as well.

1/3/2017 4:54:00 AM - I got the sooty character as well but the wines flavors were not in balance in 2015. I may wait two years before trying another bottle. Good idea? Dave

1/6/2017 6:15:00 AM - To be honest the first bottle was really bad. Components maybe need to come together. Believe it or not the 2007 Beaulieu Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Georges de Latour Private Reserve had a high tone to it and was undrinkable. Drink another bottle same thing. Then last year-almost like magic it came together and is now great.
