93 Points

Monday, December 5, 2016 - Checking in on a bottle of the 2015 disgorgement. What a beautiful champagne. Very fine aromas of pear, lemon peel, florals and a smokey pain grille note. Palate is very fine and lively with lifted lemon pastery, matchstick and some really nice raspberry/strawberry notes in the mid palate. Finishes long with an elegant presence and more florals.

I'm with Antonio on this one.

1/3/2017 6:48:00 AM - Hi LittleHorse, and thanks for the comment. You actually picked up an typo/error in my note here. Prevost does one disgorgement approximately 18 months after the production, therefore the LC13 would have been disgorged in 2015.

That said, I had to do some reading about the producer to figure this out. I love these wines and will be adding more to the cellar for future drinking.
