Tuesday, January 3, 2017 - Amazing that this wine is still drinking beautifully. It actually continues to get better and better. Tastes very French champagne tonight. Medium bodied, some tart apple, a little baking spice and yeast, and just beginning to get a hint of a slight oxidative edge that adds to the complexity. Yum. I'm going to blind some friends on my next bottle.
