Wednesday, January 18, 2017 - Nose dominated by a iron/metallic taint. Quite volatile.
On the palate high acidity, good underlying fruit but again dominated by metallic aftertaste. Not enjoyable.
Could this be a manifestation of brett or other bacteria?
This was my only bottle so could not asses possible bottle variation.
