Saturday, January 21, 2017 - Opened one hour, then poured this beautiful wine. The nose alone was worth the ticket but that was just the beginning--it's unusually rich and concentrated, absolutely silky, with a medium red color. We found it perfectly balanced with pleasant fruit notes. Paired beautifully with steelhead trout in a salty dashi broth.
