Saturday, January 21, 2017 - This is all sour cherry, red currant, violets, some earthiness and barnyard funk. We drank it chilled, though I imagine you could drink it at room temperature. A lot of fun but this is certainly more than just a fun curiosity, this is an interesting and enjoyable wine, perfectly smashable on a summer afternoon but also exuding character and interest on each swirl and sip.
