Monday, January 23, 2017 - Clean and powerful on the nose. Blackruits, plum. Earthy, gamey. Fine white pepper.
Different on the palette - found red fruits, raspberry, back peppercorn, green pepper, a bit of mushroom and graphite.
Long finish. Medium complexity.
