Swaggering Beaunie Does not like this wine:

Saturday, February 18, 2017 - Upon opening, thin and tart; disappointing. I recorked the bottle, and will try later or tomorrow.
Edit: 3 hours of air opens this up and tames the acidity. 86-or-so after some aeration.

2/18/2017 3:23:00 PM - I believe I decanted this for 4 hours prior to tasting; and it was still very tight. I will be interested to see what tomorrow brings.
