Saturday, February 18, 2017 - Yes, a non-oxidised bottle. It's been a while since we opened this vintage and this bottle was in fine form. No Kero! Hurrah! The faintest hint of Sherry on the nose for a minute or two after opening, and then bliss. Concentrated, fine acid, structured and moreish, this was the perfect food wine. This bottle was probably just past its peak, but after 20 years in cork, that ain't bad.
