Saturday, February 25, 2017 - 2017- this wine has beautiful aromas of cocoa, caramel, prune and baking spices.
On the palate, menthol, blackberry jam, cinnamon and a long brambly finish with still firm acidity and a bright juicy pop. I believe it will still age well a few more years however really enjoyed it at this stage while it is still showing nice dark fruits to balance the developed tertiary elements.
