Saturday, December 24, 2016 - Served as Apéro. Absolutely gorgeous autolysis notes, with plenty of toast, some brioche, yeast and sour dough. Well balanced with sufficient acidity that provides freshness, an elegant, creamy mouthfeel and a classy perlage. Flavors of toast, nuts, baked apples, yellow apples and lemon cake on the palate. Medium-plus aftertaste.
