Saturday, March 25, 2017 - Beautiful sauternes. Perfect now, with great balance between sweet and acidity. Orange, mango, honey, apricot and a soft spicyness. The 2001 is the greatest sauternes vintage of this 21 century. Drink now while wait 2001 Yquem.
