Friday, May 19, 2017 - An explosion from what we call in Belgium 'cuberdon candy' smell: a mix of raspberry and menthol (pharmaceutical) aroma. The complexity on the nose increases with time in the glass/decanter to include more spices. Beautiful soft tannins and enjoyable acidity are intermixed with nice fruit flavours. Wow! Already very enjoyable but will improve further ...cuvée Laurence seems to be the Top cuvée in the off-Da Capo years and I like this, because the price is much more accessible!
