Saturday, May 27, 2017 - Still tightly wound. Popped and poured one glass in late evening. Big and chewy as expected but enjoyable. As it evolved in the glass it took on a more tannic structure. Corked remaining half of bottle and then sipped the next afternoon. It had unwound and was drinking pleasurably. I say cellar for at least another year.
