Tuesday, May 23, 2017 - Day 2 in Piedmont (Giacosa, Conterno, & Cavallotto) (Piedmont, Italy): A taste.

Very nice warm cherry notes with some dark spices. The palate was wholly approachable and very delicious. Can't say that this was overly complex, but it was very delicious. It's worth mentioning that there were not green notes whatsoever.
