Monday, June 19, 2017 - This wine was fantastic. Selected to go with clams in white wine with garlic and saffron and simple pan seared Alaska halibut showered with green herbs. It really loved the herbs and cut through the clam broth very nicely. Greenblanket thinks that this bottle is still showing its vigorous youth with maybe just a bit of broadening richness. He is also glad he has a few more bottles. Two of which will go into the deep science closet.
