Monday, July 10, 2017 - This is such an amazing wine. Great quality and nicely priced. With that beautiful mouth-watering acidity, chalky minerals and scrubbed shells along with a big round mouth feel not usually found in a Sancerre. Beautiful to sip and excellent paired with a mushroom pasta with homemade lovage/parsley pesto and some pancetta crumbles.
