Community Tasting Note

Thursday, October 26, 2017 - Lite red with a slight glowing tint. There are two levels of bouquet - the first smells like a Kuwaiti desert, the second like salmon with loganberry sauce. There are also at least two levels in tasting with notes of sharp, sweet pomegranate, and slightly under ripe red fruit notes. This is consistent throughout the finish, where this wine is at its most delicious.

11/11/2017 2:10:00 PM - It tastes like incredibly silty sand mixed with dust, but it wasn't a tasting note, it was a bouquet note. It smelled the same way the desert does in Kuwait (and other areas, I guess, not that I've been to tons of deserts) when the wind gets up and the sand begins to circulate.
