Wednesday, November 22, 2017 - Wow, really crisp and light right out of the bottle. The nose gives off lemon, apple and stone. The initial palate is light and crisp and echoes the flavors on the nose. I don’t find this to be particularly complex but it is tremendously enjoyable. Served with roasted cauliflower frittata.
