Thursday, November 23, 2017 - A bit thin and sour on opening; improved with air. Typical of a Mosel halbtrocken: lemony with white fruits and slate. Light body and prominent acid makes this best with food. Worked well on the Thanksgiving table. Screwcap. Edit: two days later, remainder of bottle showed improvement. More of a medium body and fuller mid-palate. Perhaps a couple of hours of air is advisable.
