Sunday, December 10, 2017 - Still a baby, but drinking well. Very tightly coiled nose with red fruit, yeast and intense piercing minerals. Still a little tight and unyielding on the palate, but enough sweetness to balance out what is still a pretty dark rugged minerality. Needs some time to unfold and show what it has to offer fully
