Sunday, December 24, 2017 - This time the nose was full of blue fruit followed by dark red fruit, sweet spice some cedar nuances. Fresh and vibrant. Grippy in the mouth with balancing acidity, blue fruit again licorice, dark cherry and long finish. Young lots of future ahead.
