Saturday, December 30, 2017 - Slightly sweeter aftertaste than I generally like, but great bottle for the price. Easily a champagne you can open (often) without feeling remorse over the price...and you won't get mad when you open a bottle and your friends want to mix it. Would pair nicely with spicy Asian foods. Also a nice affordable aperitif.
