Monday, January 8, 2018 - Starts like an Granny Smith on slate.
Racy and wild in the beginning but the edginess fades out and the fruit turns into quince.
It looses a bit the precision on the mid-palate and it get‘s a bit sweet.
Was expecting a bit more from one of my favorite wines out of a nice and cool vintage.
It does have the pressure of a great wine and it actually is.
I‘m just missing the dryness and animating acidity
