Sunday, December 24, 2017 - Gorgeous nose of dry cherry, charcoal, smokey wood, coriander, and other earth notes. Light/Medium body, medium+ acidity - delicate, but not thin, palate with crushed fruit notes and lots of earth. Medium char and smokey finish showing slight bitterness (granted, I did open this pretty early).
