Sunday, January 28, 2018 - Weightier fruit than expected, yet held together with mineral-infused acidity. Round on finish, not tart. Served with avocado, raw yellowfin tuna, shallot, blood orange salad and its expressive, weighty fruit was a bit much for the dish. Still available Champagne was, however, a near perfect match.
