Sunday, January 28, 2018 - Just great. Bright apple/pear and citrus fruit, yeasty undertones and lacy mineral acidity. Lithe on the palate and is a perfect foil for a range of food. We had it with charcuterie followed by a salad containing avocado, shallots, blood orange and raw yellowfin tuna and it was stunningly good with each. Disgorged 2013 (mainly 2008 fruit).
