Friday, January 12, 2018 - My first bottle from a case. Still young and fresh. Delicious. Loads of honeyed pineapple and peaches. Beautiful nose. Refreshing to drink. Hard to put down. Ample acidity.

2nd night- This seems even more honeyed and rich. Nice nose. Totally delicious from the start, through the mid-palate, and the finish. This has years ahead of it and I am looking forward to following it as it develops
