Monday, February 5, 2018 - dark color, more effervescent than I am used to from UC wines but this is my first go with the rose. incredibly tight, last glass was the best. buried the last three bottles deep, with try again in 2-3 years or if CT trends to being more ready. will continue to buy as future development/upside seems to be there
