Sunday, February 25, 2018 - Slight haze, deep garnet with some brick to the edge and translucent. Smells are dill, peppery notes, stems, smoke, and earthy notes. Tastes are cherry, earth, dill, tea, and cranberry. Tannins are satin like with thin texture with a modest finish.
