Tuesday, March 6, 2018 - Opened and poured with lamb chops. Medium to light body initially. Somewhat thin for a KB, with dense tea, concentrated strawberry, cola, red fruits. Lacking the power of a typical KB, but with air gaining traction and fleshing out. With air, fleshed out a bit and darker fruits emerged...plum, toasty reds. A bit better with air.
