Friday, March 16, 2018 - Tasted blind I'm thinking this is a spontaneously fermented sour beer. Has a very hazy pale straw color murky from sediment. Fruity aromas of white flowers, lemon drop candy, white wine vinegar, and sourdough . Slightly weighty with flavors of tart grapefruit, honeysuckle, and strong yeasty bret. Purchased a few times and enjoyed but outside my spectrum.
