Sunday, March 25, 2018 - A massive St Peray - if you don't love oak in your wine stay away! This is now pretty mature, but still drinking well. Some of the acidity has diminished, but it's still got the varietal floral notes that come with the beautiful Marsanne grape. Will probably drink my remaining 3 bottles over the next year.
