Wednesday, April 4, 2018 - Wine is translucent and ruby-garnet color with light coloring. Smells are smoky, blackberries, raspberries, and cedar notes. Tastes are cherries, sassafras, blackberries, and woody and earthy notes. The finish is long and the texture is crisp while the tannins are like fine velvet with a bit of heat while remaining elegant.
