Wednesday, April 11, 2018 - Popped and poured. Obvious herbs, bell pepper, mint, leather aroma on nose. Light earthy and meaty. The palate somehow contains the flavour of unripe fruit and leaves. Surprisingly fresh and herbal for this hot fruity vintage. Nice acidity. Unusual 2009 Bordeaux red. It would be great if you like herbal-driven wine, otherwise it's hardly to be appreciated. Rigid tannin and structure. It's not matured yet and will improve for 3+ years of aging.
