Saturday, May 10, 2008 - Allowed the wine to decant for one hour. Has a lovely ruby red color and a delicate bouquet. I tasted sour cherry, blueberry & currant. The finish reminded me of cream soda (but not sweet). A very well-balanced, subtle & "old-school" wine.
