9/22/2018 1:00:00 PM - I know. Very tasty initially upon release but I can’t tell you how many premox’d bottles I’ve had from 2010. Had a case of Louis latour 1er puligny sous les puits and a case of Philip Colin chassagne 1er chaumees and out of each case at least 8 (per case) were incredibly advanced and/or totally ox’d. Totally unacceptable. Although I prefer stylistically WB to Chardonnay made just about anywhere else in the world, the batting average is terrible! They have to figure this out. The wines, as you know, are not cheap!
