Saturday, May 17, 2008 - Color is light golden, nice viscosity in the glass. The nose expodes with citrus and fruits, pineapples, orange peel. The palate was smooth with a nice balance of sweetness and acidity. This was much more like a young Quarts de Charme than a young Geman Riesling. Nice looooong finish with that "clings to parts of your mouth you didn't know you had" aftertaste. i should wait but probably won't.
