Saturday, May 26, 2018 - This will be an excellent wine but not now. Far too young. Pale green colour with an acid and fruit structure that resembles young Australian riesling. Lemon, pineapple and white nectarine fruit. It is just throwing money away drinking this wine now. In 3-5 years however it should be superb
