Wednesday, May 21, 2008 - Stored in my cool temperature controlled cellar since release. Dark ruby color. Classic SC mountains Cabernet Sauvignon nose of pungent cassis, green olives and minerals. Well balanced in the mouth with some tannin and good acidity. Still moderately youthful with at least five more years of enjoyment ahead. Very nice Jimsomare.
