Monday, July 9, 2018 - Light rose color. Bright cranberries, oranges and maybe even clove on the pallet. First time trying this, and we really enjoyed it. It was great with cheese, but with that flavor profile I can see it being a perfect accompaniment to Thanksgiving dinner. I am curious to know how it will age, but will probably end up drinking what we have before we can find out!
