Saturday, July 28, 2018 - My first thought was that this can go a lot longer. Very rich and round, complex, deep. Still a little tannic, but not pucker worthy. I think this might improve with a few more years, but it is mighty delicious right now, a good foil for grilled marinated skirt steak.
