Sunday, July 29, 2018 - Slightly reduced. Beautiful color. Reddish with a purple hue. The nose reminds me of an aged oolong tea with notes of plum and black cherry. Dried herbs and a subtle meaty aroma belies the fruit. Nicely balanced in the mouth with excellent tannin to acid balance. Stems really come through on the palate and offer a spicy and savory quality. Give it a little time.
