Saturday, May 31, 2008 - Clear, pale gold color. Creamy lemons and limes dominate the nose, along with a few old oak notes. On the palate, a smoky and earthy character harmonizes nicely with the citrus. Excellent mouth-feel and acid balance. Great finish.
