Sunday, June 1, 2008 - A little on the harsh side, rather acidic. Decent flavor from a bottle well past its prime. An interesting blend that resulted in a new white wine experience: no definable varietal was prominent, but it didn't taste like it was all just poured in together. Decent summer sipper. Light and bright.
