Wednesday, September 5, 2018 - Buttery green apples on the nose, with woody spices and corn. The palate is vivifying, with cooked green apples upfront that transition to butter and grilled corn finishing on almonds and lemon acidity. This is quiet a trip and I can only see this evolving in the coming decades.
