Thursday, July 26, 2018 - Very pure, great freshness. Red cherries, flowers. Mouth feel has a bit of weight, and good concentration. Modern style with little oak, terrific village wine with some depth. Outstanding lieu dit Bourgogne, with whole cluster harvest giving some nice spicy kick. Impressive to think he does not use any sulfur but it doesn’t have the vin nature character i often dont like
