Wednesday, September 19, 2018 - Very well balanced CA Merlot. White pepper on the nose and front palate give way to collection of dark fruit - currant and plum - with lingering traces of anise. Drink or keep for 8-10 years as the moderate tannins should allow good moderate cellaring.
